Privacy and document handling

We do not send PDF contents, filenames, extracted answers, field labels or values, preview images, names or email addresses to analytics or external AI. This does not prevent the hosting and private temporary-storage processing needed to prepare your PDF, or the separate checkout, email and support processing described above.

We use access restrictions and temporary document storage to protect your files. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This does not reduce our legal obligations to protect your personal information.

We use essential browser storage to keep your form session working and secure, including review and payment return, during its temporary access period of up to 24 hours, which may end sooner.

Optional analytics uses this tab's browser storage, not analytics cookies. It requires your permission. We do not use advertising cookies or session replay.

You can allow or decline optional analytics in the notice. Your PDF work, payment, download and support do not depend on this choice.

With your permission, we use website usage information to understand how visitors find the website, progress through form jobs and encounter technical problems. This includes broad traffic-source and campaign information, device and browser categories, form-job progress and limited technical error information. It does not include your search text or document contents.

A random identifier can link this activity during your visit or form job. It is not linked to an account, but the information is pseudonymous rather than anonymous. The identifier and your choice are stored in this tab for up to 24 hours; activity and payment do not extend that limit. We do not send earlier activity when you allow analytics.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to review your choice or withdraw consent. Closing a tab, reaching the 24-hour limit or using Delete Now does not erase analytics information already sent to the provider.

Access to your job and paid download lasts up to 24 hours from job start and may end sooner. Payment does not extend document access or retention. Download and keep your completed PDF before access ends.

Physical deletion runs daily and may occur at the next cleanup, roughly up to 48 hours from job start. You can use Delete Now to remove the active job sooner.

Payment, support and accounting records are separate from your document files and are not deleted when document access ends.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its processing and receive a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

You may have the right to object to processing of your personal information, depending on the law and the basis for that processing.
