Why we sometimes ask for a previous blank form

Sometimes we ask for the blank version of your previous form. It helps us separate your answers from the printed form text, so we only carry over what you actually typed — not the labels on the page.

Can I use scans?+

Not yet. Scans, photos, and handwriting are not supported. We need digitally generated, text-selectable PDFs.

What happens if no safe matches are found?+

We tell you plainly and do not proceed. You will not be charged, because you only pay to unlock a completed PDF you have previewed.

Do you guarantee the form is correct?+

No. You review every carried-over answer and inspect the exact PDF before paying. Final review and responsibility stay with you.

Can I edit answers before preview?+

Yes. In Review you can include, edit, or leave out any answer before generating the Preview.
