RepeatForm helps transfer matching answers from a completed PDF to a related blank form. It prepares documents; it does not provide legal, tax or financial advice, or submit forms for you.

Check our Supported PDFs page before uploading. Not every PDF or answer can be processed. When a file is identified as unsupported, processing stops before payment.

Only upload files and information you are entitled to use and authorize us to process. You are responsible for the information you supply and for checking that you are using the correct form and version.

Review every carried-over answer, any missing information and the final PDF before relying on it or submitting it. You are responsible for your final answers, required signatures and submission deadlines.

We cannot guarantee that a government body or another third party will accept your completed form. These responsibilities do not remove your rights if RepeatForm fails to meet its legal obligations.

One-time unlock: $6.99 USD. No subscription.

You only pay to unlock a completed PDF you have already previewed. Check the final total and currency at checkout before paying.

Document access, including the paid download, lasts up to 24 hours from job start and may end sooner. Payment does not extend document access or retention. Download and keep your completed PDF before access ends. Delete Now removes the active job and download access sooner.

If a RepeatForm product error prevents delivery of the PDF you unlocked, contact support with your job or download reference. We will help restore delivery or refund that unlock.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, conformity or other consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a legal guarantee of conformity for digital content or digital services, that guarantee applies to your purchase. Previewing or downloading a PDF does not by itself establish that you have waived cancellation rights.

RepeatForm is responsible for meeting its obligations under applicable law. We do not guarantee that your form is correct, suitable for every purpose or accepted by a third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information you supply, your failure to review or submit your form, or independent decisions of a government body or other third party. This does not exclude responsibility to the extent our breach of contract, negligence or other failure to meet a legal obligation caused or contributed to the loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Do not use RepeatForm unlawfully, upload files you are not allowed to process, or attempt to bypass security or service restrictions.
