You must review the result before relying on it.

The app does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Unsupported PDFs may fail or be blocked.

One-time unlock of $9.99 — no subscription.

The download link is valid for 24 hours.

You only pay to unlock a completed PDF you have already previewed.

If a product error prevents delivery of a usable unlocked PDF, contact support.

We cannot guarantee a government body or third party will accept the completed form.

You remain responsible for the final review of every answer.

No illegal use.

No attempts to bypass security or restrictions.
